We at Grace Episcopal Church extend our best wishes to you both on your engagement and embrace you as you begin your journey toward the day when you will make your vows before God and, in the presence of family and friends, become one with each other.  A marriage ceremony in the Episcopal Church is a solemn celebration of a covenant between two people.  Holy Matrimony is considered a sacramental rite (an outward and visible sign of inward and spiritual grace) through which the gift of the Holy Spirit empowers you to love and serve each other until you are parted by death.  Thus, this joyous celebration is first and foremost an act of worship.  From that day forward, you will share, nurture, and support each other’s joys and sorrows; and you will create memories together to cherish over the years.  We wish you a lifetime of happiness and a marriage that holds Christ always at the center.

In Christ,

Pat Bevil, Wedding Ceremony Coordinator

Grace Episcopal Church on Rev. Meredith & Tim Crigler's wedding day, April 22, 2016.
